Construction Manager with 20+ years of experience, managing a broad range of projects including but not limited to: multi-family high rise, hotel, higher education, K-12, government, museum, and hospitals.
Experience Manager in all facets of the construction/design process - coordination of construction change directives, field changes, coordination of work and permit drawings, negotiating change orders, supervising punch list work, and close out meetings with contractors.
Emphasize skills include project coordination, cost control, document control, design management, procurement, quality control, permitting, project completion and closeout including the management of punch lists.
Effective experience with Local Municipalities/AHJs such as Water and Sewer, DERM, FDOT, Dade/Broward/Palm Beach County Municipalities, and local South Florida Building Departments and FPL.
Monitor and manage various insurance programs such as OCIP, CCIP, along with SubGuard Claims. Implementation and oversight of contract requirements for minority/small business mandated programs.
