Square Edge represents the Owner during planning, design, construction, FF&E, commissioning and move in. During pre-construction, we perform constructability reviews, bid evaluation, value engineering management, and design management as well as submittal review.

We provide ongoing project delivery details, including change order tracking and cash flow projections.

We are proficient in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) management and coordination.
