Manage project budgeting and reporting, evaluating, reviewing, and approving contractor monthly payment requisition, monitoring budget and project schedule.

Review, negotiate and process construction changes.

Coordination of punch process, quality control and final Owner acceptance for high rise condominiums.

Responsible for the transition to occupancy and property management turnover, including closeout documents, as built and warranties turnover.
