Cost Control Manager
Cost Manager with 16+ years of construction management experience working on various aspects of design and construction with a primary focus on cost/change management.
Experience includes balancing budget, receipt and processing of vendor invoices and General Contractor payment applications, reconciling Statements of Accounts, generate cost report and maintenance, tracking cost overruns, corresponding with Lenders.
Assists with beginner accounting functions, such as financial reporting preparation, reconciling bank accounts, and processing checks.
Provides Project Management support, while building and maintaining a positive rapport with Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors.
Liaison between the project team and community leaders.
