Construction manager with 20+ years of experience, managing a broad range of projects including land development, airport, open excavation tunnel, commercial developments. 

Experience managing design team for coordination of construction change directives, field changes, coordination of work and permit drawings as well negotiating change orders, supervising punch list work, and close out meetings with contractors.

Highlighted skills include preconstruction services, project coordination, scheduling, cost control, document control, design management, procurement, quality control, permitting, and project completion and closeout including the management of punch lists. 

Established effective relationships with Local Municipalities such as Water and Sewer, Miami Dade County and Transit and local Building Departments.

Experience with several utility companies such as FPL, ATT, Comcast, and TECO Gas in providing services to project specific areas.

Expertise includes platting services with the AHJs which entail tracking and completing Tentative and Final Plat Punch list items.
